Before doing anything else, set your oven temperature to 350 F / 175 C. Grease a casserole dish. Using a bowl, mix butter and brown sugar, beat well until the mixture becomes fluffy and light.

Add in vanilla extract and eggs and combine.

In a different bowl, mix salt, baking powder, and flour. Stir this into the butter mix to ensure it is fully mixed. Set batter on the dish.

Using a bowl, combine cinnamon and white sugar. Take 2 tbsps. and spread over the batter.

Set in oven to bake for 30 minutes. Take dulce de leche and apply over the crust.
